Currently, we do not accept walk-ins. However, you are most welcome to make an appointment with us beforehand and we’d be happy to welcome you!

3. How much is the cost of customized furniture?
Depending on the size, complexity, and materials of the furniture, the cost of a customized furniture could start from RM1,000 and above. However, prices may be negotiable and we’re always open to discussion until we reach an agreement.

4. How long can we expect the furniture to be completed?
Depending on the size, design, and complexity of the furniture, our projects’ schedule is on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, it can go between 10 days to 3 months max until delivery day.

5. What is your refund policy?
Generally, we do not provide refunds as the project and design must be agreed upon by the client before we begin work. However, should there be any damage to the item during its transit, we will either work to send a replacement, have the item repaired free of charge, or even offer a partial refund, depending on the damage.

7. What can I do to be most prepared before consulting for a piece of customized furniture?
Have a few designs you like ready at hand for us to refer to so we have a better idea (basic sketches, or photos from other resources). If you want it to complement your room, be sure to also provide pictures of the place.

Most importantly, be sure of the size of the furniture, as well as your budget. From there, we can advise the kind of material we can use for the project as well as finishings and whether you need to adjust your budget.
8. What happens if the outcome of the furniture is not as expected?
We do our utmost best to deliver as per your expectations and if it's less than that, we’d be very upset ourselves.

To prevent any disappointments, we would usually deliver a 3D model visual to manage expectations and to double confirm what the client requires. It is only when the client agrees that we will commence the project. However, on the rare occasion that our item turns out to be less than expected despite following the agreed work, we may offer modifications at a slight cost, depending on the work.
